Yongsen Tan’s Personal Website

Yongsen Tan is a master’s student at the University of Manchester and an incoming PhD student at the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Medical Education, the University of Washington. His research interest broadly lies in AI for medicine.

He currently researches polypharmacy optimization in multimorbidity patients using case-based reasoning, supervised by Prof. Tjeerd van Staa. His work previously focused on disease subphenotyping in ICU settings with deep clustering techniques, advised by Dr. Xiaxia Yu.
